Position Summary The Maintenance Technician is an entry‑level position integral to our vehicle service team at Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will diagnose and repair basic automotive components, performing scheduled maintenance and ensuring vehicle safety and performance.
Pay Range $11.52 – $17.28 per hour
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
Install and maintain tire systems, including batteries, shock absorbers, and electrical checks.
Conduct road tests to verify vehicle functionality.
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
Valid automobile driver's license at all times and capability to operate company vehicles.
Preferred experience in the automotive service industry.
Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
