During training and initial launch, the operating pattern will be an 8‑10 hour shift schedule and then transition to a 12‑hour shift schedule.
Responsibilities What you’ll do…
Key responsibilities may include:
Preventative Maintenance:
Regularly inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, and performing scheduled maintenance on production equipment like mixing machines, coating machines, clean rooms, and assembly robots to prevent breakdowns.
Continuous Process Improvement:
Work on continuous process improvements to ensure the line is operating at its designed level at all times.
Troubleshooting & Repair:
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues with production equipment, including identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Equipment Calibration:
Perform routine calibrations on critical measurement devices to ensure accuracy in the production process.
Quality Control:
Monitor production processes to identify potential quality defects and take corrective actions to maintain product quality standards.
Data Analysis:
Interpret equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety procedures, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and report any safety hazards immediately.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
Collaboration:
Work closely with production operators, engineers, and other maintenance technicians to identify and address equipment issues.
Qualifications You’ll have…
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Department of Labor or State Recognized Certification or Military Equivalent
Previous industrial electrical experience or equivalent combination of work experience and training
Working knowledge of Industrial Electronics and National Electrical Codes
Advanced knowledge of all electrical systems
Intermediate computer skills, reading, and interpreting data
Ability to work rotating shifts, extended hours, and weekends as necessary
Preferred
Expert knowledge in mechanical and/or electrical systems
Advanced computer skills, reading, and data interpretation
Fundamental knowledge of PLC (Siemens, Rockwell, etc.)
Knowledge and skills of conveyor, drive, robots, and computers

Rate of Pay and Benefits: $46.25 per hour
