This is an exceptional opportunity to practice alongside an established Orthopedic Surgeon, contributing to a collegial and multidisciplinary care environment committed to providing high‑quality, patient‑centered medicine.
About The Opportunity You will be joining a thriving practice at St. Michael Medical Center, collaborating with another experienced Orthopedic Spine Surgeon. Inpatient care and surgery will be performed in our state‑of‑the‑art facilities at St. Michael Medical Center.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive orthopedic spine care to patients, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
Perform a mix of clinic and operating room duties.
Participate in shared spine call responsibilities, approximately 1 week per month.
Collaborate effectively with your surgical partner, advanced practice providers, and support staff.
Contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, working alongside other specialists.

Qualifications
Medical Degree (MD or DO)
Board Certification/Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
Completion of a Spine Fellowship training program
Washington State Medical License in good standing prior to start date
DEA registration in good standing prior to start date
Work‑Life Balance & Compensation
Guaranteed Starting Salary with a wRVU compensation model following the guarantee period.
Comprehensive Benefits Package including health, dental, vision, malpractice coverage, CME allowance, time off, and a 401(k) and 457(b) retirement plan with employer match.
Relocation Assistance and a Starting Bonus are available.
Compensation Range: $277.92 - $446.13 per hour. Starting Salary Guarantee followed by wRVU model.
