About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and resolving claims submitted by customers, transportation, and credit departments. Using a Customer First approach, you will balance customer satisfaction with company interests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues while supporting healthy accounts receivable aging. Responsibilities
Process credits, returns, and debits for customer claims promptly and accurately. Understand the full lifecycle of orders and shipments to effectively troubleshoot issues. Follow up consistently on outstanding claims and RMAs to prevent aging of accounts receivable. Report daily metrics on claim status, including processed and oldest claims. Initiate root cause investigations by collaborating with flagged departments. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams via phone and email. Identify and report trending issues, assisting in resolution efforts. Build strong cross-functional relationships with credit, transportation, order processing, and shipping teams. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
High School diploma required. 1-3 years of experience in claims, customer service, or a related field. SAP experience preferred but not required. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Why Join Us?

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
