Job Summary Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking a full‑time Program Analyst II for our West Plains, MO facility. This position will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks within the Combat Support Services (CSS) campaign and providing support to the individual program managers. It will work on special projects within the campaign, including process improvements and integrated master schedule activities. The role is designed to develop and improve program management skills with a path to becoming a program manager.
Job Responsibilities
Develop plans, schedules, and budgets to meet contractual requirements for a large program or several portions of a more complex program
Establish complex program plans and conduct in‑depth research to define program requirements
Support program managers
Interface with all levels of the customer, vendors, and internal departments to coordinate deliverables, budgets, and schedules
Develop new methods for tracking and reporting program status statistics
Make recommendations to management on changes as appropriate
Assist with proposal efforts
May provide work leadership for lower level employees
Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organization
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of directly related experience
Experience with Microsoft Project preferred
Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time
