The eCommerce Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce platform across all three brands: YENSA, Purlisse, and Jooy. This role works closely with the eCommerce Manager to ensure the delivery of revenue targets through thoughtful planning and execution of digital marketing strategies, website optimization, and the customer experience. The eCommerce Specialist will utilize their expertise to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and ensure that the eCommerce platform is running at its highest potential. Key responsibilities include creating and executing promotional campaigns, website optimization and maintenance. In addition, the eCommerce Specialist is the main point of contact for the Amazon Accelerator and is support for the digital agency and 3rd party ecommerce retailers and marketplace partners. Core skills include the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue. They must have a strong understanding of the latest e-commerce technology and be able to troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities

Create and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns and flows.

Develop and oversee eCommerce marketing calendar to ensure strategic execution including emails, SMS, and web banners, ensuring brand consistency throughout creative and copy.

Manage and update the product catalog, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information.

Collaborate with web developers to implement all promotions and maintain a functional and efficient website aligned with our branding.

Stay updated on emerging e-commerce trends and best practices and review competitor websites to ensure industry alignment with categorization, promotions, and trends.

Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify site, including product uploads, content creation, and troubleshooting. Enhance user experience to make it intuitive and engaging.

Develop and execute eCommerce strategies to boost website traffic, enhance user experience, and increase conversions and revenue goals.

Strategize and execute all brand promotions in cooperation with Trade Marketing Specialist, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.

Reviews all social posts, ads with agency partner(s) to maintain quality, consistency, and brand voice.

Assist with running campaigns and surveys, fulfilling participation incentives, sourcing testimonials, and facilitating consent documentation.

Analyze all email and SMS marketing data to optimize campaigns and improve effectiveness. Create weekly and monthly reports.

Stay current with marketing trends, key competitors, and identify new ways to enhance the team's strategies.

Key contact for Amazon provider(s), 3rd party eCommerce/marketplaces.

Key contact for all 3rd party apps.

Key contact for Content Agency in cooperation with Mktg Specialist.

Qualifications & Requirements

2–3 years of marketing or eCommerce experience.

Bachelor’s degree is a bonus (Marketing, Communications, Management, etc.).

Working experience in Shopify, Google Analytics and other eCom platforms and Apps.

Ability to analyze customer data and sales trends.

Ability to develop and manage e-commerce campaigns.

Knowledge of HTML and web design.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Able to listen actively and offer solutions.

Strong verbal and written communication.

Compensation Salary range: $78,000 - $82,000

Work Schedule This role follows a hybrid schedule, with in-office work required Monday–Thursday and remote work on Fridays.
