Robert E. Lee & Associates, Inc. is seeking to hire a motivated project manager to join our growing municipal engineering team. This full-time position is ideal for an ambitious mid-level civil engineer with approximately 7-10 years of experience in municipal design and project management.

Location: Green Bay, WI.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage and perform the design of municipal and civil engineering projects including design of sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, roadway, storm water management, and site infrastructure improvements.

Develop plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and specifications.

Oversee and prepare design reports, cost estimates, and permitting documents.

Manage projects from concept through construction, including scheduling, budgeting, and permitting.

Serve as the primary client contact, building and maintaining long‑term relationships with municipal clients and agency partners.

Mentor the work of engineers, technicians, and designers.

Assist with proposal preparation, scope development, and fee estimates for new and existing clients.

Oversee construction administration tasks including bidding, contract documents, pay applications, and project closeout.

Skills And Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a municipal or transportation emphasis.

Registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin.

7–10 years of civil/municipal engineering experience, including design and project management responsibilities.

Experience in municipal design, Civil 3D, road design, modeling (water, sanitary sewer, and storm water) is beneficial.

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to learn and stay current with the latest design standards and procedures.

Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
