RN Program Coordinator – Sepsis/Quality Improvement Coordinator

This position has overall responsibility for developing, coordinating, and maintaining the Sepsis Program. It also supports organizational quality and performance improvement initiatives, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and the advancement of evidence-based practices, as directed by the Director of Quality and Patient Safety.
The following are required qualifications for this role:
Three (3) years clinical, quality, and/or healthcare-related experience.
Background in nursing and data management preferred.
Experience with ER, ICU, or acute care preferred.
Experience with performance‑improvement methodologies, tools, systems including LEAN methodology preferred.
Advanced analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and database applications.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree required – Healthcare specialty preferred.
Master’s Degree preferred.
License and Certification
Registered Nurse License – required.
Certified Emergency or Critical Care Certification (CEN/CCR) – preferred.
Certified Professional Health Care Quality – preferred.
Location and Workplace Holy Cross Hospital – Mountain Point, a 40‑bed full-service hospital serving northern Utah County. Located in Lehi, Mountain Point, the hospital is a Level III trauma center and stroke‑receiving facility. Our community‑focused environment offers advanced surgical technologies and a commitment to high standards of patient care.
Pay Range $35.17 – $56.10 per hour
