Responsibilities
Oversee shifts every week and ensure customers experience fast, accurate, friendly service.
Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to ensure outstanding Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.
Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
Communicate effectively with Crew and the next Shift Managers to help them prepare for running a great shift.
Achieve target performance during shifts and help departments meet their goals.
Take action to monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance during shifts.
Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
Train new team members on critical job functions.
