Job Duties And Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic growth plan targeting new multifamily and mixed‑use opportunities across NC and SC.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, architects, and other key decision‑makers.
Manage the entire business development lifecycle, from lead generation and client pursuit through proposal coordination and contract negotiation.
Partner closely with preconstruction and operations teams to ensure project pursuits are financially sound and executable.
Track and forecast regional pipelines, market trends, and client activity.
Represent the company at industry events, trade associations, and community functions to strengthen brand presence.
Achieve annual new award targets that drive 20 percent+ YoY revenue growth.
