About the Job DTEX Systems is seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer with macOS Development experience; who can design develop Systems software and applications for the macOS platform. You will be a key player on our Engineering Team as we continue to grow and succeed as an organization.

Job Responsibilities

DTEX is seeking a talented and skilled Senior Software Engineer focused on developing Systems software and applications for the macOS platform.

Design, develop, test, document and maintain software modules running on the macOS platform.

Work with other teams to develop new features and integrations between the various software components that comprise the DTEX solution.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related Engineering or Science fields

3+ years of experience in relevant roles

Proficient in developing software for the macOS platform

Strong understanding of macOS administration

In-depth knowledge of macOS platform architecture and internals, such as Darwin, Cocoa SDK, Core Services, and various Apple development libraries and SDKs

Proficient in Xcode and programming in Swift, Objective-C and C++

Experience developing using the Apple Endpoint Security framework

Good knowledge of general OS internals such as kernel mode and user mode, filesystems, networking concepts, process and application management, security and access control

Good knowledge of databases, cryptography and troubleshooting in a macOS environment

Knowledge of macOS device management applications and concepts

Prefer experience in startup environments.
