Senior Manager, Financial Reporting

will be an essential member of the Accounting and Finance team reporting to the Assistant Controller (Financial Reporting). This position will play a key role in our monthly consolidation process with US and International companies, be responsible for consolidated financial reporting, assist with technical and complex accounting transactions, work closely with our external auditors, and work on special projects as needed such as: acquisitions and system implementations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Consolidation of monthly financial results and balances and compilation of consolidated financial statements for internal and external reporting. 2. Assist with monthly credit facility reporting and related covenant compliance tracking. 3. Work closely with our US and International accounting teams to ensure foreign currency transactions and inter-company transactions and balances, are appropriately accounted for/eliminated and reported on. 4. Prepare annual goodwill impairment assessment. Work closely with third party specialists on valuation calculations where required. 5. Assist the accounting team with the annual audit and responsible for the financial statement reporting process, including preparing the financial statements and footnote disclosures. 6. Responsible for purchase accounting procedures related to business acquisitions, working closely with third party specialists where required. 7. Facilitate and advise on the ASC 842 Lease accounting standard adoption project. 8. Be part of the OneStream consolidation and reporting system implementation team. Lead finance team member responsible for the ongoing OneStream system administration. 9. Assist with the review of supporting schedules, roll forwards and journal entries prepared by the accounting team. 10. Help identify areas of improvement and assist with documentation of policies and procedures where appropriate. SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

1. Strong experience with the financial reporting and consolidation process. Multinational experience with cross-currency transactions a plus. 2. Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and experience addressing technical accounting matters. Such as: Business combinations and related purchase accounting, equity accounting, lease accounting under ASC 842. 3. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel. 4. Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels throughout the organization. 5. Strong analytical skills. 6. Good oral and written communications skills. 7. Detail oriented. 8. Ability to work well with other team members. 9. Ability to meet deadlines and simultaneously manage multiple projects. CORE QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA license preferred. 2. Should have 5 or more years of relevant experience. 3. Strong organizational and project management abilities, attention to detail and accuracy are critical in this position. 4. Team player. Must demonstrate the ability to think creatively and independently to solve problems, complete projects, and drive operational improvements. 5. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Perform job duties under minimal daily supervision. 6. Must possess excellent knowledge and understanding of U.S. GAAP.
