Are you ready to take ownership of the accounting function at a mission-driven, fast-scaling startup that’s transforming how older adults access healthcare? We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Controller to build and lead the accounting infrastructure from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
Serve as the first accounting hire, responsible for building systems, processes, and policies from scratch Own all aspects of accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, AP/AR, and financial reporting Implement scalable financial controls and accounting infrastructure to support growth Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accuracy in revenue recognition and operational spend Prepare internal and external financial statements and partner on audit readiness Support the CFO with budgeting, forecasting, board reporting, and investor relations
What You Bring
7+ years of progressive accounting experience; mix of public accounting and startup or tech company experience preferred CPA strongly preferred Strong understanding of GAAP and experience preparing financial statements A builder’s mindset—you enjoy creating structure, systems, and clarity in fast-moving environments Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally Mission-driven with a desire to work at the intersection of healthcare and technology
