Investment Management - Investments Responsibilities
Sourcing, underwriting, and managing investments in power assets. Participating in structuring, negotiation, and documentation of transactions involving senior debt, subordinated debt, and structured equity. Engaging in financial analysis across the capital structure, with opportunities to develop new skills and leverage existing experience. Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in investment banking, project finance, or similar fields. Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills. Willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Skills
