Finance Associate

About The Company Our client is a private investment firm providing capital for long-term growth and acquisitions for businesses in the healthcare, industrial, and commercial industries. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of strategic plans, annual operating plans/budgets, financial projections, and quarterly forecasts Build financial models for P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Research forecast to actual variances and provide detailed analysis to guide decision-making Translate financial data into business insights and corporate strategy into financial plans and metrics Deliver monthly operational and financial reporting and analysis to management and stakeholders Assist with the ongoing improvement of FP&A tools Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field 2-4 years in an FP&A role Experience with Workday Adaptive or similar FP&A planning and reporting software Foundational understanding of GAAP and accounting Advanced Excel modeling skills Salary Range $110,000-$150,000 Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Finance and Sales Industries Staffing and Recruiting
