Infosys is seeking an
Associate Client Partner
for its
Financial Services
vertical. The person will lead all client interfaces within the assigned account scope and, along with the Client Partner / Senior Client Partner, build an account plan for client management. Typically, the person handles either a single account or part of a large account with an indicative annual book of business of up to $10-$30 million.
Role Responsibilities
Client relationship management and business development:
Lead client relationships, build a portfolio up to $10-30M, lead the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close.
Client delivery assurance:
Collaborate with all delivery partners involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments.
Team collaboration:
Work with the Delivery Manager to address issues affecting project delivery.
Project management:
Balance multiple projects involving different delivery managers or resources.
Revenue growth:
Drive revenue through go-to-market solutions and build customized proposals with the Solutions Leader.
Account planning and governance:
Develop detailed account plans, including relationships, opportunities, pricing decisions, and forecasts.
Pricing and proposals:
Make pricing decisions within the scope of the Master Services Agreement and support pre-sales activities.
Strategic alliances:
Provide input for future alliances with relevant vendors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7+ years of experience in sales/relationship management.
Experience in business development and project management.
Proven ability to interact with CXO-level clients.
Experience with proposal creation and presentations.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of industry-specific solutions and business issues.
Experience with Global Delivery Model and managing large teams.
Track record as an Account Manager in a growing client relationship.
