The ideal candidate will be well-versed in complex business, corporate, and mergers and acquisitions matters, demonstrating expertise in drafting and negotiating a variety of legal agreements. Duties and Responsibilities:

Draft and negotiate stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, limited liability company operating agreements, joint venture documents, sales agreements, and other related contracts. Provide legal counsel on corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Conduct due diligence reviews for mergers and acquisitions transactions.
