As an Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Operations Engineer, you will lead cross-functional projects, develop and implement next-generation sortation and distribution solutions, and be a key player in planning and executing facility network infrastructure, including new builds, retrofits, and expansions. You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing project lifecycles, participating in engineering reviews, coordinating with vendors and teams, leading system design and installation, managing project documentation, communicating project status, and driving process improvements. Experience managing cross-functional projects and implementing automated systems. Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360). Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related STEM. Experience in distribution centers, automation, or material handling projects.
