As the Electrical Power Systems Manager, you will lead the company’s Electrical Power Systems team as a point of contact for technical, budget, and resource allocation issues to meet team members’ needs, customer requirements, and company goals. This position's internal job code is EE Engineering Manager, and we are currently hiring for level K. Responsibilities

Manage staffing, develop internal processes, and support program SV developments Develop and maintain SV Electrical Power System architectures for various SV buses Ensure technical solutions while maintaining cost and schedule inputs for supported programs Coordinate with product, harnessing, and flight software teams to develop common SV EPS architectures Collaborate with other engineering teams, programs, and products to provide staff, solve technical issues, and improve processes Other Job Duties

Continuously improve EPS team and processes Develop schedule templates, key artifacts, reviews, and deliverables Create tools for cost and schedule planning Mentor and develop EPS staff Manage personnel reviews, tasking, and work scope Identify and communicate risks Assign staff to programs and evaluate performance Maintain documentation for current products Align product roadmaps with company objectives Develop and refine technical processes and standards Support proposal efforts and transition development work to mature products Address discrepancies or design modifications with engineering teams Minimum Qualifications

Degree in electrical, computer, or relevant engineering Detailed hardware/software knowledge At least 6 years developing and manufacturing EPS systems for satellites At least 2 years as a Responsible Engineering Authority or similar role Methodical design, testing, troubleshooting skills Versatile with multitasking capabilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications

Experience in qualifying space avionics Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance Note: Salaries depend on experience and market considerations. The pay range for Level K is $147,050 - $216,250. Additional Information

This position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Millennium is DDTC-registered and ITAR-compliant. Applicants are encouraged to apply for positions they qualify for.
