Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Associate to join the Real Estate Assurance practice, able to sit in various offices. We seek someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

Responsibilities

Prepare budgets for each engagement.

Manage client engagements, including pre-audit planning.

Review client accounting, operating procedures, and internal control systems.

Conduct audit tests to verify the fair presentation of financial statements.

Document workpapers and develop accounting worksheets.

Research technical issues.

Review staff workpapers and programs.

Identify issues and propose solutions.

Keep managers/partners informed on the job status.

Communicate effectively with clients to complete audits efficiently.

Supervise, train, and mentor staff during engagements.

Assess staff performance for evaluations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

At least 2 years of audit and/or assurance experience.

Experience working with real estate clients.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications

CPA or progress towards certification.

Master’s degree in Accounting or related field.

Salary and Location In Minnesota, the salary range is $80,000 - $107,000 USD annually. Other locations may vary. The actual salary depends on experience and other factors.
