Req#: 6810494002 Who We Are Merch Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is part of the Merchandising department and owns outsourced vendor partnerships, ensuring all offshore workflows within the network are operating at optimal cost, staffing and process efficiencies. They govern the spend for each line of business (LoB) and broadly across the vendor network by establishing spend targets with FP&A and monitoring actuals. They streamline the process of onboarding, training, cross-utilizing, and measuring performance of vendors so that they are operating at maximum efficiency and meeting stakeholder established SLAs. As the needs of BPO’s stakeholders evolve with the implementation of tech automation and new initiatives, BPO consistently evaluates the network to ensure it is equipped with the right size, skills, diversification, and rate structures. What You’ll Do The Merch BPO Associate is responsible for facilitating the management of an existing ~1,000 agents offshored operation as well as new offshore program onboarding. This role will be key to standardizing offshore labor spend processes from various angles. The person in this role will also work cross-functionally with offshore stakeholders to guide them through new task onboarding, to facilitate training and BPO guidebook maintenance. Moreover, he/she will work closely with vendors facilitating performance improvement plans and quarterly business reviews. The role will have direct interaction with our vendors across 4 countries (India, Vietnam, the Philippines, Columbia) and key stakeholders in Merchandising, including Product Addition, Enrichment and Findability. It’s an exciting, unique role, combining partner relationships, cross-functional collaboration with other Wayfair departments, process optimization, and reporting. Your responsibilities will include: Assist with gathering, processing and reporting monthly financial forecasts and invoicing information for the Merchandising STO.

Monitor overtime and flexing hours to ensure optimal agent distribution

Work with stakeholders to ensure that staffing requirements are met and are at appropriate seasonal levels.

Assist with developing, updating and distributing non-spend related reporting.

What You’ll Need Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, operations, engineering or related field

Entry level or 1-3 years experience in a financial analysis, operations, or other related fields

Proficient with Excel/Google sheets; SQL/GBQ experience a plus.

Excellent attention to detail, proactively identifying deviations from expectations and driving solutions

A proactive problem-solver and process-improver, able to manage and prioritize multiple on-going projects and pivot nimbly to accommodate changing strategies.

A solution-oriented individual, able to manage time effectively by creating and keeping deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal communication with peers, manager, and business partners, able to deliver information clearly and concisely with supporting data.

A self-starter with an eye for detail, able to drive forward multiple priorities and navigate both macro and micro perspectives.

Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to take on new projects and learn new processes, skills, and technology.
