Job Summary
As a Financial Advisor, you will provide personalized recommendations to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and secure their financial future. This role requires excellent analytical, communication, and customer service skills; however, no specific finance background is required as we provide robust training and development for all of our newest representatives. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills Proven ability to assess needs of clients and recommend appropriate solutions Goal and performance driven Ability to source clients through prospecting and networking Computer/technical literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel Training and Education
