This individual will oversee a team of warehouse staff and manage the functional operations of the DC, ensuring seamless integration of warehouse and transportation activities. The role involves leading the distribution of millions of cases of inventory annually to Chick-fil-A Operators across the Southwest, developing warehouse procedures, and driving innovation in the food service industry. The leader will embody Chick-fil-A’s vision and strategy, supporting the company's purpose. This position requires a versatile leader with a diverse skill set to support overall operations. It is highly collaborative, requiring relationship-building across divisions and with various stakeholders. The role is especially challenging as it involves the startup of a new DC and testing a new facility implementation playbook for future facilities. About Chick-fil-A Supply

Lead the warehouse division, including designing and improving procedures and standards. Collaborate with DC leaders to optimize operations and resolve bottlenecks. Support safety compliance with regulations and audits. Manage the warehouse budget and analyze data for process improvements. Ensure high service levels and meet KPIs. Define equipment needs and oversee resource planning. Recruit, train, and mentor warehouse staff and supervisors. Promote a culture aligned with Chick-fil-A values. Work with leadership and partners to meet service standards. Perform other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications

7+ years in distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain management. Strong problem-solving and improvement skills. Knowledge of distribution, warehousing, and related standards. Experience with logistics, IT systems, and process improvement. Understanding of safety, quality, and compliance standards. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP, WMS, TMS systems. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields. 10+ years leadership in distribution or manufacturing. Experience in scalable distribution and startup environments. Proven success in operations and team leadership.
