The Sr. Integrity Engineer reports to the Director of Pipeline Integrity. This role involves diverse responsibilities in the company's integrity management plan, including administering the Company P&M Measure Program, supporting special permits, pressure analysis, annual reporting, and agency inspections. The role requires developing relationships with stakeholder groups such as pipeline integrity, corrosion, and operations, and periodic travel to field locations, training, and meetings. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support Integrity Engineers during the Preventive & Mitigative Measures (PMM) phase of the integrity management life cycle. Maintain and update the Company's PMM process, including reviewing and tracking pending measures, developing metrics, and presenting overviews to integrity personnel. Support the Company's Integrity Management Plan (IMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Assist with pressure studies, risk assessments, and audits, and maintain documentation related to permits. Contribute to improvements in the company's integrity management practices and develop training for employees. Requirements
Graduate engineer with a BS in Engineering and 6-10 years of related experience. Knowledge of CFR 192 and 195, pipeline operations, design, repair, and integrity issues. Excellent communication skills and proficiency with office software are essential. Must be a self-starter with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications
Degrees in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum engineering are preferred. Prior experience with Integrity Management or regulatory compliance is advantageous. Experience Levels
Engineer: BS in engineering, 3-6 years of experience. Senior Engineer: BS in engineering, 6-10 years of experience. Staff Engineer: BS in engineering, 10+ years of experience. Working Conditions
Combination of office and field work, with potential overnight travel. Field visits may involve exposure to various materials, chemicals, extreme temperatures, and loud machinery, requiring PPE.
