Job Description Who You'll Work With We are experiencing tremendous growth and need a collaborative, self-motivated Pre-Sales Network Systems Engineer or Network Architect to partner with our Account teams, providing pre-sales technical support for our Hyperscale customer. What You'll Do Act as a trusted advisor for customers, gathering requirements and identifying opportunities. Partner with Account Managers to understand customer pain points, conduct network architectural reviews, and present Arista's networking solutions. Architect and design Arista Data Center & Campus network solutions using leaf-spine architectures (VxLAN, EVPN) and overlays. Work with hyperscalers on next-generation architectures and products. Lead NPI and facilitate mass production for hyperscalers. Perform hands-on tests to validate network designs and deployments. Develop design guidelines and recommend network improvements. Respond to RFPs/RFQs in collaboration with the Sales Team. Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering. Represent Arista at industry events and conferences. Stay updated on competitive solutions, products, and services. Author white papers on technology and products. Qualifications Skills in Cloud Network Architecture, Design, and Engineering. Strong understanding of cloud networking principles. Experience with network automation and analytics. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. BS/CS/CE degree required. Network Industry Certifications (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE). Minimum 7+ years of L2/L3 networking design and implementation experience, focusing on Data Center, Campus, and Wifi solutions. Expertise in routing and switching protocols. Recent experience with leaf-spine architecture design. Experience with network automation using Python and Ansible. Proven work as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role. Deep knowledge of Ethernet, VLANs, IP Routing, BGP, VxLAN, Multicast, QoS, and industry-standard CLI.
