Sturdy Memorial Hospital is seeking a full-time
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Hospitalist (Admitting Shifts)
to join our community-based hospital in Attleboro, MA. We are dedicated to providing meaningful patient care and are looking to expand our team with committed hospitalists. About the hospital
Founded in 1913, Sturdy Memorial Hospital has grown from a 15-bed facility to a 132-bed hospital, admitting over 7,000 patients annually, offering a full range of inpatient and outpatient services. Job responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a well-established community hospital setting. Opportunity to develop expertise in geriatrics, oncology, or other subspecialties. Deliver patient-centric, high-quality care. Collaborate with hospitalists and advanced practitioners. Coordinate with primary care and specialty providers. Typical shifts from 11am-9pm, including some weekends and holidays. Manage 9-12 admissions per shift; procedures not required. Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Adult/Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant program. Current RN and Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Massachusetts or ability to obtain. 1-2 years inpatient medicine experience preferred. CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications required. Interest in full-time work preferred. Location
