Recommended Education:

Required Work Experience:

RN license in Arkansas or a Compact State
Responsibilities include planning and fostering a culture of excellence, developing care models, utilizing quality indicators, establishing departmental goals, policy development, staff management, resource allocation, planning and budgeting, community partnership development, quality improvement, and performing other duties as assigned.
