Job Description
An established small animal hospital is seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join a team committed to providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care. With a well-equipped facility and a knowledgeable, supportive staff, this position offers an ideal environment for both experienced veterinarians and new graduates looking for mentorship and growth opportunities.
The hospital features six exam rooms, a dedicated grieving room, a large surgical suite with advanced monitoring equipment and warming devices, a designated dental procedure area, and a digital radiography room. As an AAHA-accredited facility for over 25 years, it upholds the highest standards in patient care and team collaboration. The medical team includes experienced general practitioners, a skilled Medical Director proficient in elective and soft-tissue surgeries, and highly trained support staff, ensuring thorough and compassionate veterinary care.
The hospital offers a full range of diagnostic and treatment options, including an in-house laboratory with CBC, chemistry, FeLV/FIV, and parvo testing, with additional diagnostics available through Antech laboratories. Digital radiography is utilized for both full-body and dental imaging, with all images reviewed by a board-certified radiologist. Ultrasound services will soon be available to further enhance diagnostic capabilities. Advanced dentistry, including routine and preventative care with digital dental radiographs, is a key focus of the hospital’s services. Soft-tissue surgeries are performed with state-of-the-art monitoring systems and patient warming equipment to ensure safety and comfort. The hospital also provides general wellness and preventative care, including routine exams, vaccinations, and disease prevention, as well as grooming and boarding services for client convenience.
