About The Job You’re Considering We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative GenAI Developer to design, develop, and implement generative AI models with a focus on agentic AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI frameworks, programming, and advanced analytics capabilities. This role involves hands-on development work and collaborating with multi-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into various applications used in functional areas such as Accounting and Finance, Supply Chain, Contact Center, Marketing, and People Operations.

Your role

Design and Development:

Develop and implement generative AI models with a focus on agentic AI.

Enhance the design and user experience to ensure intuitive and efficient interaction with AI solutions.

Integrate new capabilities such as chatbot functionalities and other advanced features.

Innovation and Improvement:

Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve the functionality and user engagement of AI models.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in AI, data analytics, and user experience.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical functionality.

Drive a compelling narrative for the value proposition of AI solutions, highlighting their impact on operational success.

Your Skills And Experience

Technical Expertise:

Knowledge of agentic AI.

Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

Knowledge of, and experience with, GCP, MongoDB, and NLP.

Communication and Collaboration:

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.

Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.

Experience in driving value propositions and business narratives.
