Apple is looking for experienced Engineering Program Managers to work on Health Sensing initiatives. We are looking for Program Managers who can thrive in a dynamic workplace where both individual drive and team collaboration are the keys to success. You will have experience in product development and program/project management, proven leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a desire to work with an amazing team to develop new technologies in the health space. This role includes working in multi-functional teams to define, schedule, track and communicate status of all work taking place within those teams. Facilitating communication between groups is essential! Key Qualifications
Product development and/or project management experience. Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities. Experience handling complex multi-functional projects. You comprehend and deal well with rapid changes and remain flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty. Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills. Experience in algorithm development (artificial intelligence, machine learning) or medical device development is beneficial. Description
Understand new technology as it comes together and help track and facilitate any cross-functional tasks that are needed. You should be able to clearly communicate requirements and status at the engineering and executive level. You should enjoy challenging and innovative projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment where accountability is paramount. This job requires outstanding communication skills to work cross functionally with other organizations within and outside of Apple. Experience developing and releasing a consumer product is a plus. Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $132,300 and $241,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You’ll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition.
