Work with another glaucoma surgeon from a premier training program who values partnership, collaboration, and teamwork! This practice is THE premier vision group in Las Vegas! Not only is it the most established practice, founded in 1968, Shepard Eye Center has the most renown reputation in the community. Your staff are family. From office workers to physicians, there are lots of employees who have been with the team for over 20 years! Immediate ramp up! You’ll establish yourself right away with fellow specialists who are ready to refer and share! 40-45 PPD. Dedicated Scribes & Techs. Modern equipment for all your needs. Each practice can accommodate up to 4 physicians so there will always be at least 2-3 other specialists on-site for consults. Top tier market compensation! Comprehensive benefits including; employer paid medical insurance premiums, CME, PTO, license & DEA, malpractice, and more!

has five office locations and is nationally recognized for excellence and advancement in eye care and eye surgery. Shepherd Eye Center performs more cataract surgeries at its on-site surgery center than any other eye practice in the state of Nevada. Our team of trusted ophthalmologists provides unparalleled vision care using the latest medical techniques, surgeries, and the most sophisticated technology.
