to lead our nursing team as
Director of Nursing
at a facility in
the Martinsburg, WV region .

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
Current RN license
At least 5 years of clinical management experience, preferably in a long-term care environment
Prior DON experience is highly preferred
Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care administration
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Effective communication skills with employees and families regarding their issues
CPR certification maintained
The RN Director of Nursing Services will be primarily responsible for administering and coordinating clinical services and programs for residents. The role involves directly supervising nurses as nurse manager and overseeing day-to-day clinical operations.
