Support marketing initiatives and maintain relationships with physicians. Attend community events and promote the clinic. Financial & Operational Management
Maintain patient volume and oversee scheduling. Manage the clinic budget and expenses. Foster a respectful, collaborative environment. Ensure compliance with healthcare laws. Work with revenue management for billing and reimbursement. Monitor KPIs to optimize performance. Handle patient feedback professionally. Qualifications
Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy. Desire to own or run a clinic. 5+ years of proven patient care experience. Commitment to ongoing education. Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
