The anticipated annual salary ranges, depending on location, are as follows: Chicago, IL: $350,000 Los Angeles, CA: $350,000 San Francisco, CA: $350,000 Washington, DC: $350,000 New York City, NY: $350,000 Additional benefits and contingent compensation may be available based on performance, location, experience, education, and qualifications. We seek a patent litigation associate with at least ten years of experience, including drafting pleadings, claim charts, conducting discovery, and managing litigation strategies. Experience with patent trials, USPTO admission, and a background in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science are highly desirable. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, managing discovery, negotiating, conducting depositions, preparing for trial, and supervising junior associates. Candidates should have strong academic credentials, judgment, communication skills, and a commitment to client service.
