Take ownership of assigned Solar projects, collaborating with the Regional Lead to manage projects through the Early-Stage process before turnover. Manage daily operations of Solar projects, ensuring they are technically feasible, scheduled appropriately, supported commercially, and financially viable. Analyze technical and financial data, identify key variables, indicators, and trends related to Solar projects. Support and manage the Solar project capital budget. Assist in development and permitting, coordinate with subject matter experts, facilitate engineering, resolve issues, support budget approvals, develop plans and schedules, negotiate contracts, and explore optimization opportunities. Use various software applications to support project activities, manage data, and deliverables. Communicate with Executive Leadership with support from the Regional Lead. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Regional Lead to maintain organization, data integrity, team readiness, and project viability. Requirements:
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering. Highly organized and proactive. Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-stress environment. Capable of working independently with limited supervision. Preferred Qualifications:
Strong financial and data analysis skills. Mechanical awareness or interest in technical variables. Experience in the Energy Industry or Solar sector is a plus. Interest in career growth in Project Management. The pay range is an estimate based on current market data and may vary depending on education, experience, and other factors. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and insurance options. Salaried employees receive paid time off; hourly employees' benefits vary by legal requirements.
