Job Summary The Financial Analyst is a key member of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences' (DPBS) Finance Team, providing high-level financial analysis and management for the Department's Education Program. The role involves participating in team projects, supporting the budgeting cycle, analyzing financial data, and managing daily financial operations. The analyst will deliver analytical fund management support, ensure timely financial reporting and forecasting, and communicate effectively with staff, faculty, and leadership. This position requires adherence to policies and regulations, managing sensitive information with professionalism, and operates on a hybrid model with 2 days on-site and 3 days remote.
Salary and Benefits The salary range is $85,700 - $128,600 annually, with final salary placement based on experience and internal equity. Additional benefits information is available at:

Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience or equivalent
Knowledge of finance policies, practices, and systems
Ability to perform financial analysis and organize information independently
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in spreadsheet and database software
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills
Adaptability to changing priorities
Teamwork and customer service orientation
Knowledge of accounting and fiscal principles
Preferred
Understanding of internal control practices
