Experience in implementing/supporting Oracle Utilities solutions (CC&B, C2M, etc.). Familiarity with process integration of CC&B with other utility enterprise and operational systems. Understanding of Oracle CC&B and MDM data models. Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF). Strong product knowledge of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B, C2M, MDM, MTM, MWB, MCP). Experience in design, development, configuration, and enhancements. Good understanding of Meter-to-Cash flow and Billing processes. Ability to develop functional design documents from specifications and configure CC&B to meet project requirements. Ability to capture configurations and create documentation for developers. Design forms, workflows, portlets, and system integrations. Assist testing teams with functional testing areas.
