Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Lead C# .NET Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in the latest .NET versions and Angular, preferably with a background in the financial services or banking domain. This role requires technical expertise, leadership, and collaboration skills. Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using C# and .NET technologies. Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop responsive front-end applications using Angular. Conduct code reviews and implement automated testing to ensure quality. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technology strategy. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 10+ years of software development experience focusing on C# and .NET. Experience analyzing business requirements and working with business analysts. Proficiency with Microsoft .NET stack (.NET Core, .NET, C#), Web API, Entity Framework, SQL Server. Experience with front-end development using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and Angular. Strong SQL skills, including stored procedures and database design. Knowledge of SOLID principles, design patterns, version control (GIT, TFS), and Agile methodologies. Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, Microservices architecture, and ASP.NET.
