We are seeking a

System Developer/Applications Specialist , ideally based in

Sacramento, CA . Other locations near our offices or remote work will be considered. Job Summary:

The role involves managing and supporting SharePoint and Teams project sites within the O365 SharePoint Online environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, analyzing user activities, managing permissions, and supporting system functionality. The candidate will also train users and support system updates and configurations. Job Responsibilities

Oversee SharePoint sites, libraries, user access, security, and PowerApps. Support configuration, security, operation, and maintenance of SharePoint sites and PowerApps. Troubleshoot issues promptly and customize SharePoint sites for company needs. Create or delete sites following IT guidelines or in consultation with the global team. Configure organization-level sharing settings for secure data flow. Manage site administration, including assigning site administrators. Perform SharePoint customization, including branding, navigation, and content types. Analyze user activity and provide technical support for SharePoint and PowerApps. Conduct training sessions to educate employees on SharePoint tools. Collaborate with management and clients to optimize SharePoint usage aligned with business goals. Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

BA/BS degree with 8 years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors in Computer Science or Masters in Computer Applications, deep knowledge of Microsoft O365 SharePoint/Teams, Microsoft certification, 3+ years SharePoint administration, experience with SQL Server, ShareGate, HTML, and proficiency with Office 365 and Windows Servers. Strong leadership, communication skills, and experience with client-facing stakeholders are essential. Additional Information
