IT Project Manager Location(s):

Steering Committee presentation development/facilitation Project Sponsor meeting presentations Project Team Management

Team meeting agenda/notes/follow-up on action items Resolve team member issues/escalations Vendor Management

Support onboarding Collaborate with vendor PM to develop project schedule Manage vendor deliverables Budget Management

Engagements

Enterprise Architecture Cybersecurity Information Management and Compliance (IMC) Coordinate with Enterprise Performance & Prioritization on project changes and administrative updates Engage BRMs during execution as needed Handle Agile team requests Project Delivery

Develop/manage the project plan Develop/manage the communication plan Support RFP development cycle and contract execution Create/manage the project schedule with input from the team Develop monthly status reports Manage project change requests according to enterprise guidelines Develop/manage PPM workflow and key milestones Track RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) Ensure test plans and strategies are developed and executed Ensure requirements are traced, managed, and delivered Ensure knowledge transfer among team members Develop and facilitate Go/No-Go presentations Collaborate with technical leads on production change requests and IT change coordination Draft and coordinate communications with Employee Communications Coordinate with other project managers for dependencies and resource constraints Support operational workflows for Hypercare and beyond Engage with Change Management teams Develop and ensure delivery of training plans and documentation Manage project closeout and benefits realization Mandatory Requirements

PMP certification Minimum of 5 years project management experience Technical Requirements

Ability to meet PMP project management standards and deliverables as per Scope of Work Desirable Qualifications

Agile Certification Assumptions

This position is primarily remote, with onsite availability for meetings and support as needed Confidential Data Elements
