Charlotte, NC or Dallas, TX (2 Days REMOTE / 3 Days Onsite) Pay Range:
$65-$70/Hour Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions focusing on Change Management workflows. Collaborate with Change Managers, Process Owners, and ITSM stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Utilize Flow Designer to automate change approval and implementation processes. Maintain and enhance the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for accurate IT asset representation. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Change Management modules and integrations. Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer. Strong knowledge of ITSM modules, especially Change Management. Experience in regulated environments with compliance and audit requirements. Proficiency with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Benefits:
