Associate Executive Director . As the

Associate Executive Director , you would be responsible for assisting the Executive Director in implementing the agency’s mission and philosophy, by ensuring that programs and services are reflective of and consistent with the philosophy, objectives, policies and procedures of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Albany. You would: Ensure that the agency operates in a safe and efficient manner consistent with the provision of quality service Work cooperatively with the Executive Director, other agency staff and staff from other service providers to provide needed services that respond to community needs Provide administrative and supervisory oversight to program coordinators and staff Represent Executive Director and agency at local, regional and national committees and groups of relevance to the agency’s work Assist in developing standards of conduct and policies that will ensure that agency and employees comply with laws and regulations Assist in preparation of assigned program budgets and narratives including establishing plan requirements, monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure objectives are met Provide additional administrative or management responsibilities Minimum Salary:

$65,000 annually Maximum Salary:

$68,000 annually Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in human services or closely related field 5 years of supervisory experience Good presentation, organizational and public speaking skills Ability to handle multiple priorities and provide professional supervision to management and support staff Catholic Charities is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
