Recruitment Executive at MJ Morgan Group Seeking a Contract Administrator to join a well-established and growing MEP firm in the Baltimore, MD area. This role will be a combination of on-site and in-office work.

Oversees and manages the construction administration phase.

Directs Construction Administration activities on projects, monitors project for construction document compliance.

Establishes project procedures, problem-solving activities, budget reviews, and certifications as needed. Initiates document revisions, project reviews, and processes change orders.

Receives and distributes test reports.

Prepares punch-list and close-out procedures, and performs post-construction services and investigations as needed.

Minimum Qualifications :

Five years of construction administration experience.

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of the jobsite in all weather conditions; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers.

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
