Location This is a remote position. You can work from anywhere in North America.
About The Role The Client Partner will sell Kinaxis Professional Services, identify and promote solutions to customer challenges, and work closely with sales teams and clients at all levels to structure and close sales opportunities. The role involves managing regional accounts, developing proposals, and achieving bookings and revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Sell Kinaxis Professional Services to transform client supply chains.
Lead discovery workshops and understand client business issues.
Coordinate with Delivery teams to scope and staff projects.
Develop proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).
Position and sell follow-on services to existing clients.
Maintain client relationships and build account plans.
Partner with sales to identify and close opportunities.
Meet bookings and revenue targets.
Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience in large-scale software consulting implementations, including developing SOWs.
Experience with supply chain management solutions.
Experience in professional services sales and pre-sales support.
College degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related fields.
Strong communication skills with executive and operational levels.
Willingness to travel 25-50%.
Kinaxis Maestro certification is a plus.
