Marketing Assistant (Social Media) , you’ll play a key role in shaping the voice and presence of a brand used by millions daily—across Transport, Deliveries, Financial Services, and more. What You’ll Do Support the end-to-end rollout of social content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube. Coordinate social calendars, schedule posts, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns across business units. Assist in managing influencer and publisher partnerships. Collaborate with creative, comms, brand, and performance teams to align messaging and maximise reach. Track and report on content performance using social analytics tools. Contribute ideas for social-first campaigns that speak to local audiences and trends. What You’ll Bring 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or a related field (agency background welcome). Familiarity with social media platforms and an eye for content that works in the Singapore market. Strong writing and communication skills, with attention to tone, clarity, and visual appeal. Confidence using social listening and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Brandwatch, Meta Insights). Organised, collaborative, and able to manage multiple moving parts with precision. A curious mindset, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-impact team. What You Must Know This is a full-time contract role based onsite
at our One-North office (5 days/week). A design or content portfolio is required
