Financial Management

professional for our Consulting practice. Responsibilities:

Lead finance transformation engagements involving strategy, operating model design, and implementation support utilizing ERP and Decision Support technologies to enable transformation of business processes, the finance operating model, technology, security, and data. Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and pursuit activities; collaborate with other KPMG resources across service lines/industries. Lead the delivery of technology-enabled finance transformation projects, including process and operating model design, Shared Services, global delivery model, package design, and deployment. Supervise and manage staff performance on assigned engagements. Manage engagements according to KPMG's financial policies; advise clients on shared services and BPO planning, deployment, and management; guide on alternative delivery models like captive centers, joint ventures, spin-offs, and hybrid sourcing. Establish and standardize internal advisory tools and frameworks. Qualifications:

At least five years of recent experience in financial accounting, operations, Shared Services, financial planning & analysis, or related fields in a consulting setting. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Strong verbal and analytical skills, with the ability to produce publication-quality writing. Understanding of Shared Services/global delivery models, design, implementation, and optimization. Knowledge of ERP systems and modules. Experience with software development lifecycle and applications like Oracle, SAP, Workday, MS Dynamics, Adaptive, Anaplan, OneStream, RPA, BI tools, and other ERP solutions. Willingness to travel as needed. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
