The successful candidate will support the 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing (350 SWW) at Eglin AFB, Florida, serving as the technical focal point for all Electronic Warfare (EW) support for warfighter systems in the Combat Air Forces (CAF). The mission involves developing and testing Mission Data (MD) to counter enemy radar and infrared-guided missile systems, thereby enhancing aircrew and aircraft survivability. Responsibilities include operational EW testing, MD development, validation & verification, force development evaluation, and foreign materiel exploitation facilitation. Essential Job Functions

Develop and maintain computer applications supporting EW systems, used by engineers to review, modify, and export data in various formats. Participate in requirements definition, performance specifications, design, analysis, simulation, testing, and evaluation of EW integrated systems and equipment. Identify issues and develop solutions for hardware and software problems. Apply engineering, analytical, and technical skills to establish and support long-term system capabilities. Develop APIs to simplify design, administration, and use of tools and products, or manage existing ones. Assist in developing desktop and client/server applications using C++, ASP.Net, and SQL Server; troubleshoot and resolve customer issues; deploy software; and collaborate with other professionals. Support the development of tools for data reduction, filtering, conversion, and analysis involving EW systems. Note: Due to the sensitivity of customer requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Qualifications include a BS or BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, plus at least 3 years of related experience. Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Experience in developing complex software applications, requirements gathering, understanding code structures, and integrating new functionality. Proficiency in C# and .NET, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, and developing Windows and internet applications. Experience in developing APIs. Preferred Skills

Knowledge of EW and the electromagnetic spectrum, RF jammers, EO/IR jammers, threat analysis, radar and weapon systems, avionics, and systems integration. Candidates should be analytical, methodical, and detail-oriented. About Torch Technologies
