Seeking a strategic, globally minded Director of Sourcing to lead procurement operations across Europe, Africa, and Asia. – High visibility and influence make this a springboard for further executive growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute global sourcing strategies across Europe, Africa, and Asia. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure supplier performance, compliance, and alignment with company objectives. Conduct market analysis to identify sourcing opportunities, monitor global trends, assess risk, and implement strategies that strengthen supply chain resilience and cost control. Lead contract negotiations with suppliers, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and quality standards. Maintain compliance with internal procurement policies and external requirements. Lead, mentor, and develop a global sourcing team. Set performance goals, provide coaching, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Drive cost-reduction initiatives through benchmarking, spend analysis, and supplier performance management. Contribute to annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic goals. Enhance procurement systems and processes through the use of technology and data analytics, improving efficiency, visibility, and decision-making. Work closely with finance, quality, operations, and sales teams to align sourcing strategies with business needs and deliver integrated supply chain solutions. Embed sustainable sourcing practices and certifications, champion innovation in procurement, and support long-term business and environmental goals. Travel as needed to supplier sites and corporate headquarters to support relationship development, onboarding, and strategic alignment. Qualifications: 5–10 years of leadership experience in sourcing or procurement Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field Experience in food production, beverage manufacturing, or agriculture is a plus Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred Strong analytical, negotiation, and supplier performance management skills Comfortable traveling internationally and working across time zones Seniority level
