Position Overview:
I am currently working with a highly reputable litigation boutique law firm in Chicago, seeking a Finance Litigation Attorney to join their team. Responsibilities:
Represent clients in financial disputes, including banking litigation, securities litigation, regulatory investigations, and complex commercial matters. Conduct legal research and analysis on financial issues. Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, and briefs. Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials. Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions. Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Admitted to the Illinois state bar and in good standing. At least 3 years of experience in finance litigation at a reputable law firm. Excellent communication skills. Experience with financial institutions or related entities is a plus. Additional Details:
