Job Description:

As part of our expanding Global Engineering Sciences team, you will work on complex engineering challenges across various industries, including LNG production/storage, chemical processing, power generation, and new construction projects. We leverage our technical expertise and industry knowledge to deliver value to clients by identifying solutions that enhance performance and safety.
For this Managing Director role, we seek a mechanical or chemical/process engineering leader with proven experience in team building, project execution, and client management. Ideally, the candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial facilities such as LNG plants, chemical processing plants, and power generation facilities. A background in industrial requirements for dust and explosive material mitigation is desirable.

This Managing Director role involves managing client assignments, proactively engaging in networking, and business development activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Established track record in business development and an existing client base.
Requisite professional degrees and approximately 10 years of experience:
PhD or MS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Fire Protection Engineering.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience testifying in deposition, trial, arbitration, or hearings.
Strong expert report writing skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective listening, verbal, written, technical, and presentation skills.
Desire to lead and support tasks within a growing practice and firm.
